Mrs. Gain, a (Retd.) Chief General Manager of NABARD,brings extensive experience in the finance industry. With over 30 years in Financial Inclusion, she has served as regional Office- in-charge of NABARD, independent Director of Bandhan Bank, and Director at BIRD. She excels in planning, policy, formulation, implementation, and monitoring of farm sector activities and microcredit. Mrs. Gain holds a M.Sc. in Agriculture Physics from IARI, New Delhi. Her expertise and leadership will be invaluable to our growth.
