Ms. Megha Sharma is a dedicated professional with a Master's degree in Social Work, BSW from Delhi University & UGC-NET qualified. Having around 10 years of diverse experience in the field with a strong background in Social Performance Management (SPM) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role as the head of the Social Performance Management Department &CSR at Sugmya. At Sugmya, Ms. Megha spearheads the planning, budgeting, and implementation of social performance-led actions. Her responsibilities include overseeing the execution of SPM & CSR initiatives, monitoring progress, and managing events aimed at creating awareness and promoting health and education. Prior to her current role, Ms. Megha has made significant contributions to organizations such as Satya Microcapital, Satin Creditcare, and Nirantar Trust. Her work with these esteemed institutions focused on training, gender equality, human rights, and community development. With her passion for social change and her extensive experience, Ms. Megha is committed to driving impactful initiatives that create positive change and empower communities.
