Mr.Saddam holds a master's degree in Business Management. He has over 8 years of experience in the BFSI sector. He is responsible for the overall risk management and control, risk analytics of the company. He is heading the Risk Department at Sugmya since March, 2022. He contributes towards the policies & processes in microfinance and provides thoughtful suggestions to the management for corrective measures. Prior to joining the Company, he has worked with Annapurna Finance, IIFL Samasta and Saija Finance Private Limited.
